Bullet Chart in SAC

Introduction:  A bullet chart is a other form of a horizontal bar chart and its look like progress bar. The bullet chart in SAC compares one measure with another measures for example actual vs Target, Actual vs Forecast and displays the bar with a threshold or set of ranges. In single bar you can show the threshold and bullet to for archive target.

Steps: Bullet Chart In SAC

Step 1:

  • Open your story page and insert blank chart frame on story page
  • Click on the chart you will see the right side window with designer option which have all chart type option
  • Select the Bullet chart option as shown in the below image

 

Step 2:

  • Now select one measures and one dimension form right side of builder window
  • and select one measure for color as threshold
  • In below image we have added Total Cost , City and Color as Total Cost

Step 3:

  • And at the end define the range of Threshold, you can select the range of colors for threshold as shown in the below image

Conclusion:
